How do I use the indicator?

Before purchasing, you can visit www.x1algo.com and scroll down to "watch X1 ALGO in action".

After purchasing, you would be redirected to the tutorial page which shows you how to set up the indicator, step by step! I will also show you how I personally use it and show you how to navigate the TradingView platform.

The link to the tutorials would also be included in your welcome email in case you want to review them later.

What charts does X1 ALGO work with?

X1 ALGO works with all charts & time frames on the TradingView platform. Stocks, crypto, forex, options etc.

How hard is it to set up?

The indicator only takes minutes to set up. I will provide you with a series of tutorial videos showing you how to set up and use X1 ALGO! You will be shocked how easy it is!

Is X1 ALGO for beginners?

X1 ALGO is intended for traders of all experience levels.

Can I use it on multiple devices?

Yes. The indicator runs on the TradingView platform and it will allow you to use multiple instances at once. Jump on your laptop, set up alerts and be alerted on your mobile device when X1 ALGO produces a buy or sell signal.

What currency is the subscription billed in?

All prices displayed on the website are in US dollars (USD).

Can I pay in crypto?

As of now our payment system does not accept crypto.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express. Visa & Mastercard debit cards will also work with our payment system.

How much will I be billed each month?

Subscription prices are displayed on www.x1algo.com
Your subscription price will never be increased, as long as you are a customer.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

We have a very secure website and take your personal information extremely seriously. That's why we are partnered with the best 3rd party software and payment companies in order to safely process your payments.

How do I find the tutorial videos?

The link to the setup / tutorial videos is located in your welcome email.

Why can't I see the indicator on TradingView?

It can take 10 minutes for your accounts to sync after you link your TradingView username in our system.

Try logging out of TradingView and back in again. That will sync your accounts so the indciator becomes available to you.

Why am I not receiving the one time password?

Please check your spam folder. Some email providers also have a "junk" folder besides the usual "spam" folder.

How do I adjust the indicator settings?

Please refer to the tutorial videos. The 2nd last video will explain how to change the settings and what the values mean.

Why is TradingView asking me to upgrade?

TradingView will ask you to upgrade if you are using services that are outside your account permissions.

X1 ALGO works with the free basic plan that TradingView offers.

What is your cancellation policy and how do I cancel?

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee, with no questions asked.

To cancel, please login to your X1 ALGO account and proceed to your subscription information.

Does my subscription auto renew?

Yes your subscription will auto renew on default.

How do I view my current subscription?

Please visit our website www.x1algo.com and click on "manage account" at the top. Proceed to enter your email address and a One Time Password will be emailed to you.

Once you successfully log in, you will be greeted with your subscription information as well as your billing info.

I cancelled, can I reactivate my subscription?

Absolutely! If you would like to reactivate, please log into your account by visiting our website at www.x1algo.com and click on "manage account" at the top. After logging in, you will be able to access your previous subscription details and renew it.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Typically, refunds are processed at the end of the business day. It can take 1-5 business days to clear, depending on your bank.
